Just a quick question…500+ posts just want to know this program will take recordings off the Tablo and rip them into…say PLEX…? and I guess you can add com skip to skip the commercials…? Just trying to wrap my head around all of this !!!
Yes it will
and this will work for OS X seems like a one stop for all solution…? Is it automated too?
Ok, thanks
Version 0.05a is available at http://jettsoft.com/products.html
Don’t forget to get the latest version of ffmpeg at https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html
Also make sure you have the latest Java from http://www.java.com/en/
Extract the zip file into a directory of your choosing this goes for both ffmpeg and TabloExporter.zip
You can run by double clicking on TabloExport.jar or run from a command line using java -jar (dir you put the jar)TabloExport.jar
This fixes the latest issues with the Firmware upgrade.
Hopefully Tablo Ripper will also find this fix
Done & done.
Tablo Exporter works great! Thanks for providing this.
Very Welcome
ditto from the non-windows users!!!
I just updated ffmpeg and I am having no problems with the latest release of Tablo Exporter.
Hello Jestep.
I’ve been using Tablo Exporter (and thank you SO MUCH for providing this program!) and I’ve run into an issue. I saw this issue discussed earlier in this thread but I didn’t see a solution.
I have had a problem exporting one (and ONLY one) of my recordings. When I try to export it the display goes from “Queued” to “Failed!” almost immediately.
I am at the most current versions of the Exporter, ffmpeg.exe, and Java. I’m running Windows.
When I execute the Exporter via the command line I get the following messages:
Tablo : Tablo - 192.168.1.2 - 11990

Error code received was 1

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Can you PM the result of
http://192.168.1.2:18080/pvr/11990/meta.txt
Doesn’t look like any weird naming going on
When I attempt that link I get the following message (in Chrome): This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
In Firefox I get: Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.1.2:18080
I’ve checked my firewall settings and I’m not being excluded. I’m also not using a proxy server.
Very strange.
Yea, I wouldn’t expect that to work, but not getting the others is very strange unless your IP for Tablo has changed since you sent me the log
Aha! The Tablo IP address has changed - it is now 192.168.1.5. I have a response page. How would I PM the result to you?
