Shows stop playing and return to episode menu

We believe this issue is the same as the two noted below, which have been presented to Roku for analysis and have been observed in other applications:

Tablo Exits out Randomly Watching Recorded Show - Roku

We’re seeing a relatively new problem, possibly after the last Roku upgrade. We will be watching a show and it will exit out to the Tablo app. We were watching DWTS tonight (recorded on Sunday) and it happened twice during the first hour and I think once maybe during the second hour. My daughter says she has seen this happen when she’s watching recorded shows. She’s getting frustrated with it because you have to start watching from the start and FF to where you think you were before.

Roku 4: Randomly exiting out of Live TV to the grid

Over the last couple of weeks, my Roku 4’s have randomly exited out to the grid while watching live TV. It was especially bad last week, to the point where it was unusable. It was happening every 10-15 minutes. I did the usual reset, but it persisted. Then I did a factory reset on the Tablo…and it was better for a few days, but now it’s done it a few times again today. Nothing has changed on my setup. In fact, I hadn’t had to fiddle with the Tablo for probably 3 months prior to this. This was on…
