Delete Tablo app on Roku, Restart Roku, the quick reset Tablo. Then reinstall Tablo app on Roku.
Tried all that still no luck. Thanks for trying
Tablo support ask for a video of what is happening but video file is too large to send in email.

You should be able to load it onto Google Drive, One Drive or other such service and send them a link to your video.
Or, you could also upload to YouTube and make it an Unlisted video so only those with the link can view it.
