Seeing a lot of the 56 years problem today, and not seen that before either.
Other than that, I updated the guide last night and by this morning almost all of the gaps have been filled in.
This underscores the need to bring back the ability to record a time and channel. Right now there’s no workaround to record a bunch of shows (mostly sports)
I just advanced the guide to Tuesday, August 12. I see the program listed. I select the program and unfortunately I get the same error message. Thanks for trying though. 
Ever since the problems with Tablo beginning on July 27 several programs on the guide display Programming Not Available and many of these are programs I want to set up to record. Tablo, when are you going to FIX this issue?

I changed to a zip code next to my area, and got some of the programing data back, but CBS is missing the Golf for Sunday in the guide? I’ll clear the cache and try again this evening.
I cleared the cache from Tablo app and still many Programs Not Available and now getting Error Loading Airing Details when trying to open certain TV channels… What’s up TABLO?

Looks like you started a new theard, if you go to Resolving Tablo Server Outage July 27 & 28, 2025 that is where all the information is. Which isn’t much.
Turned on Tablo this morning to watch live OTA TV and everything worked as normal until I got to actually turning on the channel I wanted. It went to a blank screen showing a spinning wheel with 33% in it. Waited and it went to a blank screen and then finally back to the guide. I repeated this 3 more times. Same results. I went and pressed the reset and waited for it to go through it’s flashing lights to solid blue. Tried it again and all is working as expected. Not sure why but fix was simple. Just a small glitch in my first week of the new 4th Gen Tablo…
@Kendallcounty - Sorry it’s starting out so rough for you and all the others trying to get set up and have a great user experience. I think many will say when the device is working, it’s great.
I don’t blame any of y’all for your trepidation and dismay over these recent events - this now seems to be the norm for outages when they occur. Other than the Roku thing, this server/Guide outage has been the most mind-boggling of all outages.

@wysiwyggin - Not really a complaint here. Technology today is a challenge whether phone, TV, computers, or Tablo. I want/need an OTA DVR and this one actually works! I had a Tablo 3 years ago that failed badly and I returned it. This one had a rough start last weekend but it is all I could hope for even with the bugs. Sometimes I post comments for the team working to fix the bugs info or for others that may have experienced the same issue.

Local channels still programs una
I am a new user. Mainly got the Tablo July 20th to record Big Brother on CBS. I had some minor issues but resolved them. Recorded a couple episodes, watched them. It was great. Then the July 28th shenanigans happened. I got back home from a work trip and everything was erased, no new episodes recorded and tv guide listings showed no programming. Now the guide is there, I can set to record most things except for Big Brother which shows on the guide but when i click it, it comes up with error “Error Opening Show Info please try again” Of course the one show i want to record won’t record. Also when I try to search for Big Brother it doesn’t come up but does show on the programming guide list. 
I have until August 19th to return the product through Amazon.
I’ve tried clearing the cache of the app, updating the guide, rescanning for channels, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, the channel does come through because when i click on CBS it loads. I’ve done the reset button on the bottom of the device.
If anyone knows anything i need to try doing it would be greatly appreciated.

Nope… That show is CSI Miami and the episode is called Big Brother. I am looking for the TV Show called Big Brother. Its on CBS at 7pm Central Time Zone
I’m having the same issue with several channels. Big Brother gives “error loading Airing details” when trying to9 set it to record. So does Dateline. On Dateline, I was able to go into the phone app and set it to record, but it still gives the same error on the TV app. The same with Inside Edition.

Ok so its clearly a Tablo issue… Says everything should be back up an running tomorrow. I guarantee it wont be but only time will tell.
@Ryansal79 Sorry. I looked and can’t find Big Brother. Good luck. Iam sure it will get better soon for you…

I just called Tech Support and told them that their tech people need to stay in touch ON THIS BOARD because there ARE a lot of angry consumers on here who are still looking for answers. I think the last thing I saw from one of them was yesterday at 9:50 AM?
Just checked and mine seems to be working normally again on all 3 devices here (Android TV, ROKU, and IOS). All channel guide info is filled in and working.
