I have 30 channels saved. But 7 of them still have no programming available. Additionally, I’m getting airing details errors AND my strongest network (local NBC) won’t play at all. I’m getting weak signal errors. This could be totally unrelated (and probably is) but it is maddening. I can switch right over to my ota TV and get 5 bar signal strength on the meter. The whole thing is baffling. I have one capability that had a week ago: I can record programs off abc and cbs and sometimes fox. NBC and most subchannels are unavailable to me, as far as being able to record. I can watch those by bypassing the Tablo. So the Tablo is still somewhat useful…I’ll take what I can get.
For my Roku the Live TV grid seems to be almost back with the exception of NBC. Which may clear up by the 7th. But I don’t use tablo to watch linear TV. And I try to schedule recordings every 10 days using the guide(Shows, Movies, Sports). But it’s been totally messed up since the roku 1.0 release and I can’t tell if it’s better or worse since the outage.

As of this afternoon, the guide should have data for most channels. A handful still remain to populate, but should roll over soon.
We understand many of you have tried these steps already; however, if the issue isn’t fixed for you, it’s worth giving these another go:
- Navigating to the Settings screen and selecting UPDATE GUIDE NOW.
- Clearing the cache on the app you’re using. Instructions on how to do that can be found here: https://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/articles/32795076176148-Tablo-TV-App-Cache-How-and-When-to-Clear-It

Central Coast California here. I can see the entire grid this morning, even NBC. However, if I want to record an upcoming show several days from now, I can see the show, but get an “Error Loading Airing Details… Try Again” message upon selection. No option to record… just the error. Fingers crossed things get worked out. Sending good thoughts to overworked software engineers!!!

Most of us have mentioned that we have repeated these actions way too many times. Although it is not the end of the world if we can’t watch or record live TV…it is just an annoyance hearing that it is fixed. But if it’s not then keep rebooting, deleting, and updating.

Just cleared the app cache and updated guide. NBC still sick in south west california. And just because you have a description of a show in the Live TV grid doesn’t mean that if you click on it to schedule a recording that the detained information that allows recording exists.
Just tried fallon for august 6th. The august 7th grid entry doesn’t exist - yet
Although the Guide appears to be filling in, I’m still getting the “Error Loading Airing Details” message and no programming data is loaded when clicking on a shows time slot. Is this part of the same problem and is it also expected to “fill in” or “become available” over time?
For example - Judge Judy is showing up in the Guide on FOX at 1500 hrs CDT but when I click on it, it shows the Error Loading Airing Details page. Also, there’s no Judge Judy in the search results. So, still something awry. Please give us some sense of what’s happening and why it’s so difficult to fix.

All my major networks have the same problem as before. I tried on Roku, Android phone, AndroidTV, and even LG tv, and all have the Dec 1969 issue / Can’t load Details on national shows. I cleared the cache, rebooted everything, and even deleted/reinstalled app with no luck.
Same for me can’t record when you click on it says it ended 56 years 4 mths ago

Same network, same issue, here in NYC.
Machine time, not date, use to be the number of seconds from epoch. epoch is 12AM january 1st 1970. Thus if you toss the wrong concepts of time into different date API’s you can get a flash back to 1969. Of course this use to be a common coding problem when coding in “C”.
But who knows with this flash back - maybe a worm hole.

Just cleared cache yet again and updated the guide, yet again, and there are still 7 ota channels with no programming available, 1 fast channel with no programming available, and three other channels with holes in programming when scrolling ahead a day. And lastly, 5 channels where the current program gives me the dreaded error loading airing details error.
Oh, and still no signal for the NBC channels even though reception is strong on my meter.

I still have the same issue. Some of the guide channels are there but when you open them I get the following message. See attached.
Thats a new error. I have a feeling there will be more strange things upcoming as well.

I am worse than ever used to be able to record some of the previous shows with extended stop time but those are increasingly unable to record soon i will be past the 3 hour limit to the shows I would like to record

Tablo, how about rolling back the gude database to the pre server crash (7/27) version.
Although 1 of the 2 weeks of guide data has come and gone, it would reestablish normal Tablo operation and buy your team a week to resolve these persistent issue.
