6:30 am EST JAN 4, server not working. I gave a brand new 4-tuner tablo to my daughter for christmas, I sure hope she hasn’t hooked it up yet.
Still a problem!!!
You need to stop saying things are fixed when they are not!!
Is it happening again? 6:40 Eastern, no guide access. Internet connectivity fine. Rebooted both the TV and Tablo with no change.
Yes. Again.
My Fire 4k is flickering on and off to Offline Mode.
Mama was right… Watching TV did rot my brain and ruin my eyes.
These service access issues are becoming a deal breaker. Losing local ota access during an Tablo server or internet outage makes the product a useless brick.
Outage is back for me.
One resolved and only thousands to go…
Don’t hold your breath…
This has been happening for over a month.
Same here. Considering a return.
This still isn’t working for me - please make your status updates more real time. The fact that users are posting this AM that there are problems and you haven’t acknowledged the issue is a real problem. This thing used to be very reliable - I’m just about done recommending it. The only problem is I have two of the trot line weights.
Like everyone else, I’m having problems too. I get a blank guide when I select the “live TV” guide. But it’s intermittent, sometimes it does display.
As a workaround to the blank “live TV” guide, I found that selecting the “home” button and then clicking on the channel icon I want to watch will launch the channel. However, the home button screen typically just has the main channels, but it’s better than nothing.
I’m sure the Tablo Technical Team will get this resolved eventually.
I’m having the same problem again with no live guide and placed into offline mode - at least that works with my Tablo on Chromecast with Google TV. If this is regional I am in Upstate NY.
Getting the same message. Page status all green. Update: It will connect if I go through the home page and choose channels that way.
Server just came back up a few minutes ago, let’s see how stable it is and how long it lasts.
At 6 am my gen 4 wouldn’t load up channels and went into offline mode. Just tried to get it back to normal and the channel list loaded up but froze (Apple TV) and it does appear to be working on my iPhone.
It’s back up and running here again also. full guide showing in the live tab
I had the same problem this morning. It fixed itself a little before 8:00 EST. It did not give me the option to use off-line mode.
Happy to report everything is running properly
Here, also. Just a hiccup. Football fanatics can now breathe again ![]()
If the server is complete unresponsive, the Roku app gives the option of Offline Mode. But if the server is partially working so the app can find and connect to the Tablo but only displays a blank guide, the app does NOT give the Offline Mode option.
