Channel Won't Show in Guide despite good scan

I have a 4th Gen unit that was working fine. After a recent channel scan, my local NBC (5.1) will not show up in the guide although it is full green in the channel scan results. The signal strength is fine, all the subchannels (5.2, 5.3 etc) will show up in the guide just not the main 5.1
Have rebooted, rescanned, de selected then reselected the channel, saved it, updated guide, made sure in ‘channel view, all channels’, it just refuses to show in the guide.
The channel is good as it works fine on an old Tablo Quad, Samsung TVs, and Tivo Edge.
Tablo Support has been no help so far.
I finally resorted to doing a full ‘factory reset’ and starting over completely without results.

Anybody ever seen anything like this? I am starting to think it’s a hardware issue.

You said it is in the Channel Lineup but not in the Guide?

What zip code are you in? Or the call letter for the station?

Have you tried a different zip code near you?

WMC-TV main channel is 5.1 here also. I did try another zip code in the area. 38119 is the current zip code, Memphis. Tried some ZIPs from nearby Germantown, No difference. That’s what’s especially strange, all the subchannels work as usual.

I would ignore all the insane things we are going to suggest and go directly to open a service ticket with support.

If you can select the channel it must have scanned in. That means it’s in the Channel Line up but not in the Guide.
