Web App won't Sync after update last night

I have never really been able to use Chome on my PC. Each time it syncs all pages are blank until I disconnect Tablo, reconnect, and sync Again. Tablo support have had me try several things including incognito but nothing solves it. I only watch on Roku/Fire and my android phone works for managing the Tablo so I have not really pursued a solution.

@roraniel Sorry for my memory - did we ever grab the console logs from your browser? If we haven’t, there may be some clues there. Feel free to give this a shot and send them over if you like.

All my devices sync - Roku, iPad, iPhone, Nexus 5, Android tablet and computer with Win 8.1 plus Chrome. Chrome didn’t require deleting Taboo data, but can you try that?

beta seems to work. I was able to sync :slight_smile: but still unable to cast via chromcast :-(.  Receiving error 404 not found.

@jnnett Are you using beta.tablotv.com to Chromecast? If so, hit the F12 key on your keyboard, and select the ‘console’ tab on the screen that appears. These are the logs generated by the Tablo web app. Paste them over to me (via PM or a ticket) and we’ll be able to take a closer look to see what’s going on.

yes, I’m using beta to cast.  Tried connecting to non-beta after syncing with beta - but still had sync issue.  Went back to beta just fine, but still unable to cast.  I will send you the logs now once I have them.

Do you use Chromcast?  If so, does it work for you via web app or do you get “404 not found” error?

I was using the internet browser app on my phone because the Android Tablo app was not syncing and I deleted it.  When I reinstalled it, it would not work because it had not been paired.  Since I had paired using browser at least I still could watch.
Repaired now that I’m home and syncing.  @TabloSupport is there some way to have the Android Tablo app sync during the night, with an option to not sync overnight for those who don’t want to?
