We don’t have a category for recents but you can switch to a recent channels filter in the channel view.
just make it like the apple tv version, this is ridiculously clunky and unintuitive.

The app also really needs a way to channel up and down without having to go to the guide. The way you currently have it where we can select the last channel from the info panel, or select from a horizontally scrolling list of channels that seems to always start from the bottom channel isn’t great. If someone just wants to go up or down one channel they should be able to do that with a button press. If you made it a press and hold function of the up/down buttons it would be better than the existing options.
I don’t know who designed the current UI, but it can be infuriating at times. Take the guide for example. The top level of the guide should be favorites and not “featured”. Most people don’t want to be spoon fed channels. They want to start watching something without having to get through suggestions they have no interest in.

This does not work on Roku. The play button brings up the same menu as the OK button and pressing the play button a second time once the menu is up does nothing.
