Are there any plans to release a Mac OS compatible tablo app? I would love to use my Macbook to connect to the Tablo.

Would love to see one. I suspect only a third party app, or if Tablo releases the iOS to run on macOS (a simple Apple App Store setting for Tablo to perform).
But I second this suggestion.

It’s not a native Tablo app, but there’s a new bare-bones Tablo Player killer app that’s working quite well for watching and downloading Gen4 videos. It definitely fills a gap and is the only game in town.
