UPDATE Some additional server tuning was undertaken on April 24th. If you’re still experiencing issues, reboot your router, Tablo, and streaming device in that order. If the issues persist, contact support with additional details.
Over the last hour we experienced some intermittent server outages which affected access to 4th generation Tablo devices.
Servers are currently recovering, however there may be residual issues as the team continues to work to fully restore service.
It looks like the Table servers are failing again.
On the Roku (4802X) it is hard to connect to the Tablo (4th gen, 2ch). When it does connect, when try to go to the Live menu, it is blank.
On Android, I can connect to the Table and go the Live menu. But when I try to play a program from the menu I get an error “Error Loading Airing Details”.
Same. Been down over 30 minutes at least. Midwest, Apple TV. Pretty bad to be down so long and literally no status updates or information wth is going on. Should never happen with cloud service capabilities.
Same problem with 4th gen Tablo. No guide. Can ping it, and status page shows my device is alive. Can’t get guide from the Android or Ruko apps. Last time that happened I updated the guide, but that doesn’t work either. Conclusion Tablo’s streaming servers are down. Probably the 40 new channels they just added broke things.
Tablo (both Roku and Android) is back up for me. But it has been flaky (no connect or blank live grid) the last couple of days). But until today I was able to fix the problem by exiting the Roku or Android app and restarting. So I am waiting to see if stays up.
Just seeing this at 11:52 on the West Coast. Is the issue still active? Android Phone seems fine, but my Roku ultra is not happy at the moment…currently hung. Here are a few screenshots
1am on the west coast. WebOS app and iOS apps still can’t bring up info on any tab or Live guide data. Been like this all night since like 6pm. Makes the Tablo useless. What gives?!
