No changes from the issues I posted yesterday 8/10
My guide has developed a new problem. It won’t populate with all my scanned local channels. It only shows 23 out of the 47 channels available in my area. Looks like recent work to rectify missing guide data did something. My channel scans show all the available channels and are saved but won’t populate the guide.
Thanks for letting us know. We’ve brought the issue up with the product team.
All devices should be affected by a guide update, though it may take a little longer to push over to some; in these cases, clearing the cache should help.

If I had a nickel every time I’ve cleared cache, (also known as uninstalling and reinstalling app on Apple TV platform), i’d be a rich man. When do you expect the data to fully populate across ALL Tablo units? If I’m not mistaken, your user base is in the tens of thousands and not millions. Should it take over two weeks for this fix to kick in across tens of thousands of Tablo devices?
Update: I’ve cleared cache for the umpteenth time and I STILL can not record ANYTHING on CBS. I can however schedule recordings on ABC NBC
Monday 8/11 250PM FYI looks like I’m now able to schedule CBS recordings. Hopefully this doesn’t change anytime soon.
Keep in mind there are multiple issues. Many have had a fully populated guide data for a few days. Yet other issues persist like series scheduled recordings. So far no one has confirmed the latter is being addressed or has been resolved with any guide updates.
NBC wont record. Says program ended 54 yrs ago. Date also says Dec 31 1969.
All other channels fine.
Loaded and reloaded guide and rescaned channels multiple times.
Seems to be national broadcasts such as nightly news and football games.

Ditto and ABC too in the Denver area. I can record local programing on these channels, but not national programing.
Basically was paying $175 a month to the cable company to watch the news. Dumped them and installed an antenna and Tablo. Wow 224 channels no recurring cost. What a great idea. First thing I try is to setup a recurring schedule to record the NBC Nightly news and it won’t schedule. Just keep getting an error. Reloaded the guide. Factory reset and reloaded the guide. Nothing works.
I get it that is in inexpensive and probably a little buggy, but it is really buggy. Installed on a Samsung tv and the app locks every time. You have to exit and start over every time. Couldn’t use it for 2 full days because of a network outage. Super great idea and could be a fantastic product but quality issues are a real problem.
Did I mention that I still can’t record the news? If anyone , Tablo, Tablo, anyone can solve this a solution would be awesome.
Welcome! Tablo has been having some issues over the past couple of days, but fixes are planned to be deployed overnight based on the most recent reports from the support team. Follow this thread for more details
I also can’t record abc nightly news. All my other scheduled recordings work fine. Can support help with this I reset tablo updated guide and firmware. Won’t record.

BTW: I am seeing no issues with Tablo this morning. They appear to have fixed it.

I can’t record 2 nightly shows on CourtTV (a pre-installed channel) that I had been recording for months.
Try deleting your cache on each individual streaming device after you Update your Guide. You might also want to reset your Tablo first (short press of button on bottom)…
