I can watch recordings from this morning and live OTA, but the guide is discombobulated in some entries, giving incomplete description, or I click on the description for a show and see the info for a show at a completely different time. It did not improve anything to update the guide.
Guess this is evidence there is/was a server problem.
Ya, my OG browser app won’t connect, but my Android phone will. It’s very slow though. Gen4 Android app working. D/FW area @ 10:26 AM. Like everything else Tablo - the servers may just need time to catch up.
Tablo confirmed server problems above, now servers need some time to catch up.
IOW as I usually do when there is some disruption, walk away, come back later, usually it has been fixed by then.
Won’t connect remotely with firetv and my phone. It will connect remotely on my iPad? It worked last night. I tried 2 firetv’s and 2 phones, won’t connect. Any help?
Gen4 still working on my Android phone and Fire Stick. OG Legacy still working on Android phone and Fire Stick but still very slow to connect/load.
Tablo Tools appears to connect to my OG Tablo, but it takes a long time. Tablo Ripper cannot connect at all and shows this Exception below. So, it appears that things are still not 100% working.
It seems they introduced phone home logic to the legacy apps 4-5 years ago. And they still haven’t figured out to get common sense timeout timers on their logic.
I noticed that when the outage occurred, I was able to use the forum, but account.tablotv.com was not connecting. Now, account.tablotv.com is up, but it is endlessly circling looking for my subscriptions. So the Tablo servers are not fully up yet.
Yes 3p here in NYC and was working until now. However, after calling your Customer Support and being advised to unplug the Tablo, the unit is now flashing blue and white. Not a happy camper.
Do we keep units plugged in, unplugged or doesn’t it matter?
