One suggestion is from your phone signout from Tablo App and Signin again the home works .
But on Roku it is stil saying connecting.
I think the issue is when Roku tries to connect the landing page is Home for the Tablo App.
I made the ultimate mistake of switching routers today and NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING is working now! Iām using the FireTV app and an iPhone. Apparently, the problems are on their end.
Come on, Tablo, donāt F- around with a working system because of a bug in one (Roku) setup and then F- it up for EVERYONE because you want customers to beta test your system!
My Roku appears to be working properly now. Glad they fixed it b4 the nfl games this afternoon.
My Roku and Android devices seem to be working. Letās see how long they stay working (Tablo said the problem is intermittent).
The Roku works but I canāt do a channel scan
Roku is working much better now. Lots of issue connecting and then starting shows from the guide but all look good now. Thanks for fixing this
Things should be clearing up now. Let us know if youāre seeing otherwise.
On iphone app:
Unable to load Live TV
No channels were found
TRY AGAIN
Same on the Firestick app - No Live Channels
Mine is back up and running in southern Connecticut.
Thanks!
Mine appears to be back up also. Still, I wasted a whole morning that Iāll never get back because of issues at the mother ship!
Those bad people.
Iāve done a soft reset and even tried to do a channel scan both went through I seemed to be optimistic but it came with a flaw. When I did said channel scan I get the channels Iām supposed to but most ota channels arenāt what theyāre supposed to be and most give playback error. So hopefully things will get fixed in a timely manner.
Iāve been trying to set up my new Tablo 4th Gen, and it keeps getting stuck during setup at 50 percent.
Mine appears to be back up on both Roku and iOS.
Same here everything running smoothly.
And the problem is back. Third morning in a row where I should be enjoying a cup of coffee, while watching the morning news, but instead Iām stuck looking at a āconnecting to your Tabloā screen.
Roku also just hangs on that screen again and doesnāt give me the option to go into offline mode. Iām starting to regret not getting a bare bones ATSC tuner. This device relying on a cloud connection to this extent is a massive mistake and I hope Tablo fixes this in a firmware update. At least have a button on the connection screen so we can immediately switch to offline mode whenever we want to.
And the problem is back here again also. I can view everything normally on my iOS devices but nothing with Roku, I get the Tablo logo and it never loads.
Apparently, the problem is intermittent. I just checked again and now I am unable to connect on any of my devices two iOS and one Roku app. I sure hope they can fix this problem before the football games this afternoon or their mailbox will be full of complaints.
Same. iOS device wants to go into Offline mode.
