Playback Failed error Case ID 467765

I posted this over the weekend. I haven’t heard from anyone.

I also called your Customer Service number, who gave me a Case ID. However, that Case ID is pretty useless because when I reference it to another agent, they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about.

Could somebody please give me a call? I don’t want Customer Service by email. It’s a waste of my time because those emails generally provide troubleshooting tips that I’ve already tried. And when I reply to that email to tell them that I’ve already tried all those online troubleshooting tips, I have to wait another 24 hours to get another response. Not helpful or efficient.
