Yes, I’ve rebooted. I’m uninstalled. I unplugged a reinstalled several times and I still just get the blue screen saying that it’s off-line.
Here’s a trick that has worked for me in the past when my iOS device would not connect like this while all of my other platforms connected to the Tablo just fine.
- Open the Tablo app on another platform.
- Go to the Settings and select the Channel Lineup.
- Then select a few channels to add, or remove a few channels and ‘Save’.
Doing this makes the Tablo ‘rewrite’ (not just update) the guide data on the device which might allow the Samsung app to finally read and refresh the data from the Tablo and start working.
- Then go back into the Channel Lineup and set it back to what it was before.
Well, I finally cleared itself up and it’s working on all devices
