No MeTV Toons schedule

Better than Tablo, not Tablo, talking about Tablo, you know, that Tablo, not Tablo.

Just clearing things up.

I guess if you want a HDMI connected STB that costs 3 1/2 times more, it’s a sweet deal. I prefer gateway devices.

That also works without any issues and supports DRM ATSC 3.0. Currently have six 3.0 stations all in 1080p and the local NBC station is in HDR 10 4K. And it supports Dolby Atmos. Customer support replies back within hours. They also have a timeline for when new features and upgrades will be added. So far they have held to the timeline. I also have a 4th Gen 4 tuner Tablo that I use with my Apple TV which I like and seems to be headed in the right direction. With both boxes total comes to about three months of the cost of cable or YouTube TV. So IMHO I see it as a win win.

I have all of that and since all of my ATSC 3.0 channels are unencrypted I use a 4 tuner hdhome 4K. My roku (4802) and 2023 fire tv stick max all support native AC-4, etc. It’s a gateway and also works for ATSC 1.0 with plex. And it cost me $175.

I wish I could complain about my MeTV Toons Schedule. The station to my south that carries it is a lower power station that I can only get when atmospheric conditions are perfect and trees have no leaves and all the planets are in alignment. The station to my north’s tower is in the same location as other stations I receive. But the new channel carrying MeTV Toons is aiming their signal northwest away from me. Multiple scans never pickup the channel even on my best tuner an older Vizio TV.

Same. Tablo Support, Where are you?

What exactly do you want Tablo support to do? You cant fix something that is not being supported by the channel itself.

@Skibozo So, I should just be happy that I can only record local channels that their third-party guide company chooses to make available? I don’t recall seeing that in the T&C.

You do realize that Weigel Broadcasting added a new channel not Tablo don’t you? Your complaints should be addressed to them, not here. I’m sure the issue will be worked out eventually but its on Weigel not Tablo to fix the problem.

DrSarcasm, I would advise looking up the station that carries MeTV Toons and seeing if you can find contact information for the station engineer. If you can’t, try whatever “Contact Us” option they provide and ask for the station engineer or the technical department. The engineer is usually the station representative in the know about providing guide information.

I agree the guide data should be complete for the subchannels you receive. I need to get Gracenote to correct a few channels in the Jackson, Mississippi market.
