The 404 NoSuchBucket error looks to be a misconfiguration of Tablo’s settings at Amazon Web Services.
That is the limit of my troubleshooting abilities. Those of you having the problem could try calling Tablo customer service 1-844-822-5688. See if they will escalate it enough to get a tech to come in on a Saturday night. Otherwise it might not get fixed until the day shift comes in Monday.
Yes seeing this issue on both Chrome AND FireFox. Used to work fine. Didn’t know my Linux Mint Laptop had any kind of Bucket inside. Love the non-descriptive terms the tech world loves to use and I’m a retired Corporate EE.
Oddly there’s a legitamte response from the “discovery” query https://api.tablotv.com/assocserver/getipinfo/ presumably, once the web app gets the response that - “the internet” supposedly no longer involved.
But I guess the web app needs to first load… Response HTTP Headers show for the 404 Server: AmazonS3
If you’re getting an 404, technically it’s not down as it’s up an serving error responses. Likely to a misconfiguration? Or there are a lot of AmazonS3 server problems?
It’s going on 2days now… Is this a step from legacy to “Obsolete” Tablo’s
I had the web app loaded on my media PC, hey it’s working. Clicked to upgrade Chrome… oh, so the server “lost” the web app?
I’ve posted they never announce new versions as they do all the other apps. They have the stats and know how many users still use and rely on the web app. Guess that’s the answer, is it profitable to maintain?
I just tried connecting to my Tablo Dual Lite on my Windows 10 and I’m getting this error:
404 Not Found
Code: NoSuchBucket
Message: The specified bucket does not exist
BucketName: my.tablotv.com
RequestId: 0YDXDGGEJ11KRMGJ
HostId: j6f4K3suxhpbUJe8zx/9aAe3eH5uTDvtIpC0VCtuXLn1/aHBcP5lmpXziOOxYrxcMkHefKW1eO8=
I tried using both Firefox and Chrome browsers. I can connect using my iPhone & iPad. Any ideas?
Thanks @Nilex!
Too bad the people answering the phones at Tablo can’t do some multitasking and look at this feed and maybe their online support messages to help customers. Hahaha, making phone calls just seems so outdated
Yep, just wasted 45min and nothing. Really disappointing.
I’ve had Tablo for numerous years and never needed to contact Support. The fact that they are unreachable during the weekend is astonishing!
Hopefully, when someone from their offices drag themselves in from their busy weekend, they’ll check their message and maybe, just maybe, they’ll contact their customers.
Anyone else having issues connecting to my.tablotv.com with Chrome web browser (Version 117.0.5938.150 (Official Build) (64-bit) ) on Windows 11? It’s been working fine until this morning. The Tablo apps on Android as well as FireTV 4K Max are all working. Microsoft Edge and Opera, as well as the Windows Tablo app are working as well.
At one time, the Tablo folks indicated that changes were coming to Chrome that were incompatible with Tablo, and I wonder if that day has arrived.
