Just clicked on your link, similar page not working, tablo redirected to many time.
I recommend just using the Windows app. I have struggled using Edge for the past month because I am too lazy to set it up to allow http:// sites.
Same problem on chrome…too many redirects. There was also some error about buckets
Tablo Ripper still works so it’s not a connectivity issue. I get the same results with Brave and Firefox on Windows 7.
Same here. Never had this before. Legacy 4-tuner Tablo, has always worked fine. I’m using a Mac and Safari. Error:
Was there a recent firmware update we don’t know about?
same thing here. no browser will open http://my.tablotv.com
That’s what I ended up doing. But my.tablotv has worked fine since forever so I figured something must be wrong.
This has nothing to do with firmware. It’s likely a web server issue which could be caused by lots of things.
Are you referring to the Tablo company’s own web servers?
Whichever servers handle that URL. Could be an expired certificate, bad cookies, or something else.
Yep, mine not opening either. Phone app not working either.
Time to open a ticket.
Just found mine does not work on Firefox, Chrome, edge. But the TV app still works to see scheduled, and live TV. But live TV does not work on TV. Tablo Ripper seems to still work. Could the weblink my.tabloTV have gotten broken? Or hacked?
I have the same issue. I sent an email to customer support about the issue. Since seeing “The page isn’t redirecting properly…” I started to get the following: "404 Not Found
Code: NoSuchBucket
Message: The specified bucket does not exist
BucketName: my.tablotv.com
RequestId: W7TNHA8TJKZ5DAWY
HostId: ZGNPkDG/PvjU4crw4kDwYXY7TIji4O5uUvhRudkgjDbZ4CS5yCwP+tFwUrMHSEAkmjz0V47+L9I="
Hope they solve this before some very important football starts!
Another reason to use Plex DVR. sigh

There’s a Windows app? I had no idea. The web URL just always worked.
No one has the link to a direct download, do they? Because I can’t seem to get it installed from the Microsoft store. I click “Install” and it just spins.
I am also seeing this on Safari. As far as I know there is no MacOS app, so I have no alternatives.
Did you hear anything back from customer support? Just wondering if they’re working on it
just the standard form email saying they will respond in a few days.
Tablo Ripper is working at my end as well. Last time this happened, it was due to the Tablo server being down.
