New Tablo user here. Maybe start a new thread on this forum since I was reading all of the wanted improvements from 2014-2025 so I just skipped to current and started reading backwards… I love my Tablo so far and am learning a lot reading all the forums… Now, to remember them all…lol

We are working on In-App Messaging – This will allow us to send push notifications and messages directly to 4th Generation Tablo apps on iOS and Android mobile devices in the event of server disruptions or other critical product updates.

How about the option to be able to Record by Start/Stop times.
Won’t have to Only rely on Guide for Recording.

Get rid of the “current time” line down through the channels in the guide, and just leave the blue mark in the header line with the times.
Would still be easy to see current time, without the distraction of the vertical line through show names.

Not sure this is doable but FRNDLYTV.COM has DVR, guide, and even a look back 72 hours to watch or record if missed. Their guide works flawlessly. I’m not a tech guy but maybe they will help or sell you the coding so yours can work like theirs? Just a thought…

Add virtual buffers for tuners for ota to be able to tune more than one vch on the same physical frequency. Add Epg pull from broadcast.

Add a feature that allows user to choose media player like MX or VLC. This would allow user to resize and fit to screen the 720 and 480 channel’s.
