The product is working very well for me. I encourage you to continue to make it easier to install and especially make it easier to choose a hard drive.
A +1 to some previous feature requests
1. "Record All" without recording duplicate episodes. The same "Curious George" is aired in the morning and afternoon so I have to manually deselect one each day.
2. Resume where left off on all UIs. (I primarily use Roku)
3. Allow for "profiles" so individuals can tailor their viewing experience and parental controls can be created.
3a. Organize recordings into folders (custom to each profile) so my wife, my son, and I can filter more easily.
3b. Allow us to add a recording to one or more profiles and assign one or more profiles to scheduled recordings.
3c. Enable an option to force the user to choose a profile and enter a passcode (or not require a passcode for that profile).
3d. Require "passcode on idle" if the recording is paused or stopped (i.e. system is idle on that playback device) for X minutes.
3e. Enable "parental controls" utilizing TV Parental Guidelines (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV_Parental_Guidelines) - i.e. "TV-Y is ok for all profiles, TV-MA or "No Rating" is ok only for Dad's profile"
3f. Enable "parental controls" for channels (i.e. KLRN-HD 9-1 (PBS) is ok for all profiles, KMYS-HD (CW) is ok for Dad's profile).
3g. Enable a "parental override" code (i.e. if my son wants to watch a soccer game on a channel restricted on his profile, let me type in a code to allow it for X amount of time (i.e. 30, 60, 90 minutes etc).
3h. Make these profiles and "parental controls" optional so those that want nothing to do with them don't have to even know about them.
4. Improve the ROKU interface with convenience features from the Web UI. The ROKU interface takes one or two too many clicks to watch a show.
