Guide still not showing Metv Toons

Portland Oregon area still doesn’t have Metv Toons programming. I have notified zap2it and Metv itself with no success. I noticed it does show up on TVGuide (TV Guide, TV Listings, Online Videos, Entertainment News and Celebrity News - TV Guide), so maybe find out where they get their info.
