Haven’t been able to record me tv cartoons since it started 6 months ago in Sacramento. Contacted zap 2 it 4 separate times and they haven’t done a thing. Dump the chumps and get something else already.
Tablo uses Gracenote not Zap2It. I don’t know whether or not they’re the same outlet.
From what I can figure out, Zap2it also gets their data from Gracenote.
I see something different using this TabloTV page for Guide data. You might check it to see if it has the correct data.
I’m seeing the strangest thing now. The channel lineup in Settings shows the updated channel information for my area (Boise, ID). Unfortunately, the actual guide shows the old information.
I can’t explain that.
I’ve seen that before. A soft reboot should solve that (don’t do a reset).
I’m not sure if you mean a soft reboot of the Tablo or the Roku. I’ve tried both rebooting the Tablo (short press so it doesn’t do a factory reset) and restarting my Tablo.
Unfortunately, neither reboot has helped. Do I need to do another channel scan after the reboot?
What’s even more strange is the channel scan run today showed channels in a different order than yesterday.
The channel details report for where I live matches the actual channel listing. However, the channel scan I ran today shows the channels in the old order and the old channel name.
If I could get my guide to match the channels on the Channel Details report, that should give me the up to date information.
@TabloTV - My city is Eagle, Idaho. The channel details report shows the correct channels. Unfortunately, the current guide shows old channel information so the guide is incorrect for quite a few sub channels or non-network channels.
I did mean the Tablo, not the Roku but since neither helped…
I guess I would try another rescan and see what happens.

Unfortunately, the channel scan shows the incorrect channel lineup. The only time the channel scan looked correct was yesterday. However, even then, the guide didn’t match the channels in the channel scan. If the channel scan would match the Channel Details report, I’d be set.
All they need to do is grab ThunderCats and we’re in business. Time travel back to a simpler time where troubles were very few and much fun was had by all.

Finally after so many years? of not having a guide for MeTV toons in Sacramento it showed up today. Thank you whoever, except a lot of the shows I wanted to record are no longer on MeTV Toons. Plus the guide appears to be 3 hours off. Its on East coast time. HD Homerun looks better every day. Gracenote still has the wrong channel listed by the way.
