Most have switched over to their phone or tablet for recording scheduling and management.

Yeah, no. (Sorry to play the Minnesota card). I have two legacy 4 tuners, upgraded to the gen4 firmware. PC management is still the king (like Bob Wills - IYKYK). I will occassionally manage via my Tablet but managing on my PC is far superior. Lucky to have the best of both worlds (Miley?). Ok, enough aging references for now…

PL1 What i wanted was a way to schedule recordings. Playing works fine if you can add getting the channel updates and setting up recordings that would be awesome.

Thanks The generation 4 app has a lot to be desired. Cluttered with junk.
