For the last couple of days I can’t live view or record the fast channel Free Movies Plus. It has program guide data but I get playback failed if I try viewing the channel. The other fast channel movie stations all seem fine. Can this be looked into?

I think this issue has been going on since at least March.
We’re working with the content provider on a fix. Stay tuned.

What’s up with this channel? It’s not broadcasting anything!
Sadly this channel seems to randomly go down from time to time. Still, it doesn’t hurt to post when it happens so Tablo is aware when it re-occurs.
So apparently the owners of Free Movies + just haven’t bothered to program anything for the next little while so we’ll be removing the channel until they decide to get back to showing content.
It will still show up in your lineup until you run a fresh scan after we remove it on our end, or you remove it manually from your lineup in SETTINGS.
Apparently, the owners of Free Movies + heard our pleas and are now back to airing content, so the channel is off the chopping block.
Well, that’s… inconvenient.
I did not realize that Free Movies + was working. The strike-through edit might’ve been the wrong way to go about this. Regardless, glad it’s up again. Great job getting everything back on track!
