One OTA Channel Not Shown On LIVE But Still Records

I know this has been asked before. Google says reboot, re-scan and blames it on weak signal. Not the case. EVERY channel shows up except NBC 5.1, including 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5. It suggest too strong of a signal and turn antenna Amp off. Tried it.
