I installed the 4th Gen Android app on my Lenovo tablet running Android 12 but when I try to play either a recording or Live TV I can hear the audio but the screen is black. I am using it to play back from my Legacy Tablo 4 tuner. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Would you check your live and recording quality settings on one of your legacy apps? If either are at full, would you adjust them down, try again with your 4th Gen app and let us know if that makes a difference?
Live quality was set to full but made no difference when I changed it to SD 480.
Recording quality was set to HD 1080 - 8 Mbps but I didn’t bother changing that since changing the Live from HD 1080 - 10 Mbps, 720@60fps to SD 480 didn’t make any difference.

We brought this up witht them again. If you haven’t already, try a different channel after changing the video quality. If you would, also try changing the recoding quality, and watching a recording to see if that makes a difference.
No luck. I set both Live & Recording quality to HD 720 - 3 Mbps and tried to view multiple live channels. Still get a black screen but can hear the audio. Same thing when I made a recording and tried to watch it.
Any other suggestions?
