Almost a month now with my new, 4th gen Tablo and many channels show incorrect mapping in the guide including CBS appearing with the channel and program lineup for ABC. PBS Prime also is incorrect for a total of 16 channels appearing as a different channel with different programs and times in the guide.
Can not record programs on CBS and these other channels as the start & stop times would be incorrect and then its very difficult to find the program with their wrong names or split between multiple programs, not to mention that series recordings just wont work. Support has me delete these channels and rescan but they continue to come back with the same incorrect channel mapping.
Is this a problem that will be addressed? Support says to wait but weeks have passed with no response from support. Is this a software issue or an issue with the guide service?
