Maybe. It may depend on what app you use, and if you can have a solution to IP address allocation (DHCP server) and NTP.

Bottom line what I need as a Full Time RV traveler with NO access to Internet when we are in rural locations Boondocking or Dry Camping. While I am in areas with adequate internet access I need the ability to record programs on all 4 tuners and save on my attached hard drives.
