Why can we no longer get KERA Channel 13 in Dallas

I am 84 years old and have no idea why I lost half the channels when we had to reset the whole damned thing after a storm.

Maybe your antenna shifted some during the storm?

Since you felt is necessary to include this… my mother is around this age as well - she has extreme difficulty keep track things. She “looses” channels because suddenly the DVR doesn’t work anymore…then later it does (and she never had a problem with it).

How did the storm necessitate you to

and does this encompass more than just your tablo device?

I live in the Dallas area and receive the Dallas channels including 13 just fine.

Maybe you need to rescan because of the repack.

We live in Dallas as well and no issues with 13. AFAIK, no repack on that channel.
