Tablo Ripper works as expected when I run it from the GUI, but if I leave the ripping up to the “service,” it fails to get the first minute or so of all my recordings – as if letting the content playback for a minute before actually beginning the rip. In other words, all my rips using the automated background service start a minute late – the front chopped off – but if I then manually use the GUI to rip the exact same program it’s the full, proper length. How can I fix this?
Enabling logging in the Configuration tab, let it try to rip using the service, then check the log for details. Sounds like it may be a permissions issue.
