Microsoft released their new Chromium-based Edge browser yesterday. It has been completely rewritten so I thought I would give it a try to see if the Tablo web app would work. It hasn’t worked in the old Edge browser for a long time but it works in this new version. The real surprise though was that I got sound too! I wasn’t expecting that because I have surround sound enabled on my Tablo and I get no sound when using Chrome! It doesn’t actually give you surround sound (at least when I tested it with my receiver) but at least it gives you stereo!
