Web App starts up on Live TV regardless of how Startup Section is set

@TabloSupport - since the last firmware update the web app starts up on the Live TV screen, ignoring whatever is set in “Startup Section” (Prime Time in my case).  Have already tried clearing the cache and re-syncing.
