We have had Tablo for over a year but now are getting an unknown connection error message. All other streaming services are working fine. What to do?
First some questions.
What device are you seeing this error on?
Have you tried other things such as a Chrome browser on a PC or android device?
How is your tablo and streamlining device connected to the network?
Does your dhcp server provide a static or dynamic IP address to your Tablo.
Can you ping that IP address?
Thanks for asking clarifying questions. I talked with phone support earlier today and they had me uninstall the app on our TV and then re-install. It fixed the problem.
