Watching recording start live instead of at beginning when recording not completed

Hello

Listening on my LG WebOS 3.0 app. When starting to watch a recording as the show is still not finished, the recording start at the current live time not at the beginning.

Is this a known bug?

How are you starting the show? If you select it from the Live Guide, I think that’s expected behavior. If you start it from the Recordings page, it should start at the beginning.

I’m using the recording screen it’s on the LG TV app

Yes, that is a known issue with the WebOS app.

Any future updates to LG Apps coming? Here are 2 features that I believe are in other apps that are needed in LG apps: One annoying feature is playback when a show is currently being recorded. Playback will start viewing the in-progress recording at the end instead of beginning. If I wanted to start viewing recording where it is currently at, I’d just watch it on Live TV. Yes! My FireTV is doing this as well now! Extremely annoying!
