Warranty of Tablo

I have been on the phone and many emails. My Tablo is under Warranty and Tablo is refusing to replace the defective unit. It was working flawlessly for months and now will no longer connect. They keep blaming network. But I borrowed another persons Tablo and worked first time. They keep refusing to replace my unit. It is a few months old bought directly from Tablo.

I had a similar issue. Try a different 1 or 2 tb hard drive. Mine failed somewhat and Tablo connect was toast. Tons of drop outs and reacquiring both on live as well recorded shows. With a new hard drive my unit is back up and working great.

I have a 4th gen Tablo. I had it for 6 months. I noticed it stop working. The blue light is not on. I called Best Buy and they told me the warranty was under Tablo. I called Tablo, went through all the trouble shooting. Then I was told to make a video of me plugging it in and showing no blue light. No response from them. I keep getting the run around. Why would they offer a warranty if the don’t stand by it. The worst company I ever dealt with. BEWARE OF TABLO.

If the light never turns on, then the first obvious issue is the power supply. It has either gone bad, or there is a physical issue with it plugged into the outlet, or plugged into the Tablo. If you have a voltmeter, you can check for power at the outlet and plug at the Tablo end.

I did that it’s 12.2 volts. not the power supply.
