How can I get information about current show without leaving it and going to the guide page?

What information are you looking for, live or recorded show, and what app are you using.
On Roku the OK button tells you what you are watching.
I want to see the information on the current show (which you see in the tv guide page). When I click OK on Roku, it just shows which channel I am on.
Read this.
That overlay only shows the show name (i.e. “Friends”). I want to be able to see more info (like which episode and episode info).
So you have a feature request then.
