Hope you’re having an excellent holiday week. Thanks to an internal update on our end, you should see a network row in your 4th Generation Tablo Shows, Movies, Sports and News menus.
Today had issues launching Tablo. No my internet connection was not failing, Tablo responds with connection error. 30 minutes later its really choppy playback. 30 minutes after that its working. My biggest complaint, if there is a server failure, you should at least provide local channel support. You should be more transparent with backend server failures, come on…
Glad this was re-added back, the new “content focused” layout is so much better but sometimes you just really want to browse by network like before, the Shows tab never ditched this but it made browsing movies, sports, and news so much worse.
Only thing that still needs fixed for the new UI tbh is the Library page with not-airing currently shows. Previously you could view all scheduled shows to cancel them later, then the new layout update removed that entirely, but now they are back… but they show up mixed in your actual recordings so if you have like 100s of shows set as scheduled, it’s hard to find what you actually have recorded.
This wouldn’t be so much of an issue if the recent update also didn’t remove the options to sort by A to Z or Recently Recorded, now it’s always A to Z.
@TabloTV - my TabloTV screen doesn’t look anything like this image on my Samsung TV or my Roku Ultra 4850X. In neither place do I have a vertical column of icons to select from. Mine are horizontal along the top of the page and in neither location is the Networks category available.
@TabloTV The sports by network menus don’t appear to be functioning correctly. When selecting a network, more programs list than just the sports ones. Also fubo sports is listing programs on maximum effort for some reason.
