I’m traveling and brought my firestick with me so I could watch recordings and live TV on my Tablo. When I access the Tablo app on the firestick, it says it can’t find it and prompts me to “connect remotely”. I click “connect remotely” and I get an “An unknown error occurred”. I select “try again” and nothing happens. By the way, I’m able to access Tablo just fine on my Windows laptop so it’s not a port forwarding issue. Is there any way to fix this without being on the same wifi network as the Tablo?
