Unknown Error Problem

This problem keeps coming back. At least once a week.
I get an ‘Uknown Error’ message when trying to open the Tablo app on my Apple TV.
To get past this (obviously it’s not fixing it) I’ve taken the steps of unplugging the Tablo, Pressing and holding the reset button and restarting the Apple TV.
Any of these methods only gets me back the Tablo for about a week.
The firmware (as of 2 days ago) was current so what’s going on here?

Can you send our team a note? We should be able to set up a remote access session to see if we can find the root cause of the issue.
