I am having trouble updating the firmware on my tablo. The app directs me to my.tablotv, but the site gives me the same error as the app. “The app requires your tablo be running firmware 2.2.18 or higher. To update your tablo, visit my.tablotv.com and follow the prompts”

Just leave the Tablo turned on. It will update automatically. They do not update on demand.
@Dpe Given that we just released 2.2.28, the firmware you’re running must be ancient and therefore may require the assistance of our support team.
