Unable to record due to an error

I have seen this before and sadly this is the second live broadcast I cannot even schedule due to a guide error. Sadly I bought the Tablo mostly for sports and recently scheduled live events is where recording is the least reliable. The channel tunes great, the Tablo is connected via Ethernet, I’ve updated the guide many times, I’ve rebooted, tried different devices, power cycled, but still cannot schedule the recording - any ideas? I can schedule other recordings no problem. Thanks in advance.

Sorry you’re running into that.

You might have already tried this but just in case, have you run a channel scan recently? Doing so and saving, even if you don’t make any changes, may help.

Thanks, that is the one thing I have not done as I have found it a bit hit and miss to get all the channels back that both tune reliably on the Tablo and show strong signal on my amplifier.
