Unable to play live TV

This issue started this week. There’s been no changes to any of my equipment or my network. I’m no longer able to play live TV ! I’m getting a strong signal on the channels I normally record. I’ve even rescanned those same channels to confirm strong signal.

But I am able to record the same channel and play it back flawlessly. I’m only able to play back programs recorded but not able to play them live.

Reboot (aka power cycle) your router. Reboot your Tablo. Reboot your playback device.

Genius! That fixed it.

Seriously though, thank you. I was considering we putting the router but since everything else on the network was working fine I did not consider it as the first option.
