Unable to connect via phone app

My issue stated a month ago. I have several Roku units that connect with no issues, But i can’t connect with any phone app while on local network. I can connect “remotely” when using cellular data. Any ideas? it seems to see the unit but never connects.

Have you tried rebooting your router since then? Sometimes the Tablo will stop connecting a device on the local network (though pretty rare), and a router reboot usually helps.
