Trying to setup via wifi but tablo-xxxx isn't showing in wifi settings

Trying to reset up my tablo via wifi but it isn’t showing up in the wifi settings. The whole reason I am having to reset up is neither my Samsung TV app or Apple TV app are finding my Tablo. Went through all the troubleshooting and nothing worked so decided to try and setup again. What can I do to get it to show up in wifi settings?

I assume you performed the “add via wifi” on page 3. The tablo unit won’t broadcast it’s ssid until then.

Yes, I left the page open and went to settings as instructed but it did not show tablo

I think the tablo ssid is direct wifi. Some devices don’t support direct wifi or have it turned off for security reasons.
