All the comments on this thread were helpful. Its easy stuff but I wanted to investigate the process with some users that have been here awhile now.

but you’re right, it’s not always easy to stumble across everything. One way to make it look easy to others, using the forums bookmark - clicking on the three dots [menu] then the “banner” so it’s a quick reference to post… to reply back with.
another tip: if you don’t quote someone, but just use their name add an @ in front of it @MO-Tablo-user then the forum system [Discourse] will notify the user.
Of course you can always just keep asking, well searching and asking. There’s a great history of information going back years how your tablo functions in the Tablo Community forum. Some may even hit ad nauseam level 
while others are pointless 
but most is insightful.
