Last Saturday (8/2) I went on the Tablo website and cancelled my subscription effective today (8/6). This was acknowledged and i was sent a “sorry to see you go” email. I was surprised that i was charged for a new subscription - which i did not authorize. I looked on the website for a way to contact Tablo and only found a phone number for tech support.
Anyone have an idea who i can speak with? This is a poor business practice that borders on fraud.
