We just got our Tablo recently. Originally when we would Fast-Forward through recordings, we would see thumbnail images which made it very easy to see when to return to normal speed. In the las couple days, it changed for some reason. Now all we see is a timeline. Is there a setting somewhere that we can use to get the thumbnails back?
Thumbnails are created a few minutes after a show finishes recording. Usually if there is a problem with thumbnails showing up, the user is either accessing the recording too soon, or there has been some trouble with the recording, causing thumbnail generation to fail.
You might just want to record something today and make sure it is working. If it continues to fail, please submit a ticket to the Tablo support folks.
