After a recent update, my recordings don’t show an image:

We recently released both a firmware and a Roku update. Are you using a Roku or another device?
I’m using a Google TV streamer, as well as my Android phone, both have the same issue. It started around November 19th.
Firmware is:
2.2.54-2433716
Which version of the Android TV app are you using? The latest is 2.0.4.
If you are running the latest version of the app, can you try deleting the app and re-adding it to see if the thumbnail images return?
App was 2.0.4 I uninstalled, rebooted the GoogleTV streamer Installed Tablo and same result. I did the same on my phone and same result. The tablo device has been power cycled a few times since this started as well.
Any other suggestions? I’m worried that from now going forward my library will only have black squares with the titles. This isn’t good. I received an email that Firmware 2.2.56 was released but mine is on 2.2.54 My tablo says it is using the current firmware. Should I expect this to fix my tablo? I believe that 2.2.54 is when it broke. (When the guide category and all movies showing as a series in the library were implemented) That is also undesirable. There are several bugs in this version. Example when I would click the info on an upcomming movie, Recordings was grayed out if I have recorded it, not now. And the aforementioned fact that all movies show as a series, have series information screen, etc.
