So not only is the Tablo TV iPad version not displaying the guide in Horizontal mode, which is annoying but not the end of the world. I also have the problem of the app just quitting randomly since updating to 2.2.

We don’t have an ETA yet but we are currently working on the issue.
I have become aware that by using TV station apps for local news, and youtube, I can get by fine with much less use of Tablo. PBS is on YT and apps.
IOW I’m using Tablo less since it that iOS problem occured, and instead am using other resources that give me a full size picture on my ipad pro, horizontally.

Sunday August 9th I updated my iPad 9 with iPADos 26.6 to confirm that the horizontal issue remains on Tablo app version 2.2.0.

I updated my iPad 9 this morning (26.6.1) and can confirm that the problem as reported remains.

You guys are lucky the iPad app still works for you. For many of us, this update has completely broken the entire Apple ecosystem. The Apple TV is now a total disaster, and the HomePods have been useless for over a month because the app just freezes.
It’s unbelievable because this was an exceptional product before their tech team clearly abandoned any concept of quality control. Now the hardware is just an expensive brick because the software is fundamentally broken.
